if you launch steam with "-steamos3 -steampal -steamdeck -gamepadui" you get the steamdeck UI, even on windows
oh, hm, this gave me a watermark in steam

oh yeah, delete C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\package\beta to revert to default branch instead of the steamdeck branch
