I love the "Devs react to speedrun" series from IGN
The Hitman 3 one is gold, since one of the speedruns in the video is 6 seconds long
*after someone beat the Dubai level in 6 seconds*

The Half Life 2 one is good too, purely because of the amount of banter and anecdotes
Also you can tell they are programmers because they start trying to debug what causes some glitches during the run, lol
