work has decided to dedicate transgender awareness week to improving the experience for not only trans individuals, but also non-binary individuals in the workplace

they are enabling pronouns in the software we use, and are finally fixing some issues in the internal tools, like our frontend for the HR data which just doesn't show a gender at all for me lol
