every time I have to clean my inkjet printer because the nozzle is clogged I look at how much a laser printer that's as good costs, and how much the ink to this printer costs

It's probably cheaper to just use 1/4th of the ink tank whenever I need to print

I should just set up a Raspberry Pi to print a few lines of color once a month and keep scrap paper in it instead

@ChlorideCull apologies if I'm giving advice where it is not wanted.

Several years ago I purchased an HP M15W. HP is not a great company when it comes to printers, but thankfully there was no issue using a knock-off replacement cartridge for it when I ran out of the starter.

It is small enough to fit into a cube on my shelf, wireless connects to our devices, and 99% of what we print is fine black and white anyway. It cost me like $80 when I bought it and never clogs.

@david I got an Epson EcoTank, it's like, $11 for 4000 pages, assuming I don't need to use the power cleaning feature which drains 1/4 of the entire tank lol
