@noiob i mean, i know it is, because this machine is AD connected and by default for some reason, when you set up Windows Server for AD, it disables NTP

(AD makes all computers use the domain controller as the time source, to avoid kerberos issues)

@ChlorideCull yeah even with NTP on Windows checks very irregularly, it seems

@noiob usually doesn't need to check that often, modern computers are pretty good at not drifting too hard

the AD server has drifted 11 seconds in, like, two years
