import with Sims 4 Tray Importer or manually toss it in the right place, it includes the package files for the custom skins and the heads
stuff like:
* to get the skintones to match the textures, you need to set "colorize" to FFFFFFFF
* if you attempt to use more than 31 bits in the instance ID, which is a 64 bit field, for skintones, the game will freak out once you exit CAS
* skintones need DDS and LRLE images for textures, CAS uses the DDS image, gameplay uses the LRLE image
* the ExcludePartFlags in CAS Parts is the usual Body Type enum, as flags, see https://github.com/Kuree/Sims4Tools/blob/f50d697a8a1c4289c3a1f607add51cf214e4ee8d/s4pi%20Wrappers/CASPartResource/CASPFlags.cs#L1735, you probably want to use something like CyberChef to calculate it
